Ma mère de 58 ans se retrouve depuis peu à devoir rester assise de 6 à 8 heures par jour. Un seul jour et elle se retrouve à avoir très mal dans le bas du dos. This is helping my posture when I have…to work at the computer or sew. This is helping my posture when I have to sit for long periods of time. I can tell if I am slouching.
