Excellent service client - réponse rapide - UPS a livré mon colis à un endroit appelé "autre". Je n'ai jamais trouvé l'endroit appelé autre ni le colis. Je m'attendais à devoir en acheter un autre mais Backjoy, très rapidement, a répondu et m'en envoie un autre. Merci beaucoup BACKJOY !!

Great Customer Service - quick to respond - UPS delivered my package to a place called "other". I never found the place called other or the package. I expected to have to purchase another one but Backjoy, very promptly, responded and are sending me another one. Thank you so much BACKJOY!!

WOW! My neighbors have a backjoy and I used it one day and thought I HAVE to get this and while I’m at it I’ll get one for my parents and boyfriend! The first time my mom used it her mind was blown!!! Her words were something like “How have I never heard of these before?! This is my new best friend!” We absolutely love them!

This is my second Backjoy purchase. It arrived on time, in good condition. I like having two of the seats so I can put one in the car and take it other places. The Backjoy has been helping my back and hip joints.
