At BackJoy.eu, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product according to our return policy.

Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Returns within the Netherlands will be reimbursed.

How to Return a Product?
1. Submit a Return Request – Use the return request function in your account to submit a return or contact our customer service via info@backjoy.eu and provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Shipping Instructions – You will receive further instructions on how and where to send the product.
3. Properly Package the Product – Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
4. Send the Product Back – Ship your return using a reliable carrier. Keep the shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
5. Processing and Refund – Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exceptions
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products purchased through third parties or resellers must be returned directly to the respective seller.
